Two Hundred Years

“I’m flesh and blood but not human.”

“That’s it?” asked Tom frowning. 

“Yes,” answered the kid with a toothy grin. 

Tom looked at the other kid, unbelieving.

He narrowed his eyes and said, “That’s not right. How can something be flesh and blood but not human?”

….

“Hey! Wait up. Where are we going?” Tom panted as he caught up with his grey eyed friend. 

“It’s either we separate ways or you come with me. Your choice.”

“You talk funny.” Said the 8years old. 

“Okay. Okay.” Said Tom after and grab his new friend’s hand. “Do your mom have chocolate cake?”

I wrote this one ages ago and was in my draft. I forgot how it’s suppose to flow. But I’m posting it just the same.
